I am a 2014 Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage Graduate, and I have been licensed in NYS since 2015, licensed Nationally since 2020 and Board Certified since 2023. I specialize in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. My intuitive touch helps relieve the day to day aches and pains while targeting specific troublesome areas such as athletic injuries, triggerpoints, repetitive motion injuries, chronic myofascial pain, and daily muscular tension. This unique approach to massage therapy can reduce muscle tension and relieve pain while calming your body and mind, putting you into a deep state of relaxation.

CANCELATION POLICY- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
